Collaboration beer with Wayward Lane Brewing. This smoked stout was blended with our carefully aged 24 month bourbon casks from Pinhook Distillery in Kentucky, This blending process presents hints of vanilla and grants the stout to pick up the flavors of the oak & bourbon. Then brewed again using beach-smoked malts and fermented with Amburana wood and blended with the original 2021 stout. Smoked minds, a Smoked Bourbon Barrel–Aged Stout has aromas & tastes of Irish peat, dried cherry, dark chocolate, cinnamon and whiskey.

Tomb is our 24-month Pinhook Bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout blend, meticulously crafted with multiple layers of specialty malts to deliver rich dark chocolate and roasty flavors. It's velvety smooth on the palate, offering nuanced notes of tobacco, raisins, figs, and dark cherries.

Building on our base Gose recipe, we brewed this Gose with 50% of the grain bill being malted wheat then added 440lbs of Blackberries during fermentation. Dominant flavors of Blackberries, but also include a delicate lemon sourness, a herbal characteristic, and saltiness from Hawaiian sea salt.

A clean, crisp German-style pilsner brewed with Tettnanger, Mittelfuher and Saphir hops

'Crypt', This stout was double mashed brewed 12 months ago and has been resting ever since in bourbon barrels with Anchio peppers & Cinnamon. Tasting notes of a silky smooth espresso, hot pepper without the bite & silky German chocolate

Abacaxi (aba-cax-si) is a DIPA and has an ABV of 8.3%. Brewed with BRU-1, Nelson Sauvin & Amarillo Hops. A very hazy & juicy IPA with Pineapple flavors bursting and balanced by a substantial Malt & Oat bill. Very drinkable IPA regardless of abv.

They Mostly Come at Night...Mostly is an 8.6% Imperial Stout, brewed with crushed red peppers, cinnamon & Sigmunds Pretzels. An intensely-flavored imperial stout with a nice spicy kick to it thanks to the crushed red pepper, it's present but not over powering by any means. The cinnamon adds a nice subtle spicy sweetness that and a few boxes of the amazing Sigmunds Pretzels rounds out the beer to a tasty treat. Enjoy, but be careful!
